Swish Wash uses only the latest equipment when window cleaning – Water Fed Poles / Pure Water

Through the water fed pole, Pure Water is delivered to the fine brush head up to 65 feet height from the ground. The water that is used is considered to be “Ultra pure water” as it has been passed through a reverse osmosis process to remove all contaminants. As the water no longer has any contaminants your windows will dry to a spotless and streak free finish, just like rain water. No need for detergents or chemicals that can leave a sticky film on the glass, attracting dust, making windows dirty quicker.  your windows now dry cleaner, and the environment doesn’t suffer at the expensive of previously used cleaning agents.

All equipment, including the pure water is transported from site to site by our cleaners.

Swish Wash also complies with The Health & Safety Executive that announced on the 6th April 2005 that the new Working & Height Regulations 2005 (S.I.2005 No 735) became law. The full reports can be found here http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg401.pdf and here http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/misc613.pdf in PDF format. Our cleaners work from the ground, so there’s no need for any ladders, however the 65 feet long poles mean that we can access previously inaccessible areas.

So, what are the benefits of a Pure Water based system over traditional Squeegee methods
  • The telescopic poles can reach windows over conservatories roofs, reaching windows previously inaccessible.
  • Conservatories (inc roof) can be cleaned without any risk to your investment.
  • No more walking over flower beds.
  • With cleaners working from the ground there is less disturbance to yourself and of course your privacy  preserved.

With the Water Fed Poles, frames get cleaned as well as the glass so your whole window will look squeaky Swish clean.

As added piece of mind we are covered by our own Public Liability Insurance while working at your home or business.

Why use the Pure Water Reach & Clean System?

Short Answer – It’s cleaner:
Pure water consists of just two elements, 2 Hydrogen and one Oxygen atoms hence the chemical name H20. Typically normal tap water contains many elements; Aluminium, Chloride, Copper, Fluoride, Foaming Agents, Iron, Manganese, Silver, Sulfates, and Zinc – and that’s just drinking water!

The quality of Swish Wash water is processed through reverse osmosis (the same as used in laboratory processes) and we regularly test our water using a ‘Total Dissolved Solids’ meter to ensure its pureness, giving a spotless, streak-free finish!

Do you use ladders?

No ladders: also means no holes in your prized lawn or borders, and no damage to your property whilst manoeuvring. Our poles are very light, generally made of glass or carbon fibre.

Q: What is pure Water?

A:  Normal tap is passed through a reverse osmosis process to remove all contaminants ie. Chlorine, Flouride and many other minerals and chemicals. As the water no longer has any contaminants your windows will dry to a spotless and streak free finish, just like rain water does. No need for detergents or chemicals that can leave a sticky film on the glass, attracting dust, making windows dirty quicker.  your windows now dry cleaner, and the environment doesn’t suffer at the expensive of previously used cleaning agents.

Q: What is a the Reach & Clean System Pure Water System?

A:  Pure Water is delivered through an extending Pole to a fine brush head up to 65 feet height from the ground. Advantages

1. It means we can always clean the whole window including the frame as well as the glass

2. While the windows are left wet after the clean, they dry shiny and then stay crisper and cleaner longer than those cleaned by the squeegee method.

3. We don’t have to use ladders, conforming to the Health & Safety requirements.

It’s worth noting that… For most windows, especially double glazed ones, there is a ventilation vent at the top of at least one of the panes. Theses vents are the hotspot for dust and dirt. Occasionally after cleaning, some of the residue from within the vent can drip down onto the freshly cleaned glass pane which may result in small streaks, this problem rarely re-occurs after the second cleaning period. However if you notice any streaks which you’re not happy with then just call or email us and and we will  revisit your home or office and re clean the windows for you, no questions asked!
